The Julieta Eugenio Trio has been selected as a finalist for the #DCJazz Prix, an International band competition presented by the DC Jazz Fest.

As per the website, the DCJazzPrix is “an annual international band competition that provides a unique professional and adjudication platform for emerging bands, outside of the traditional academic and commercial arenas.” Julieta and her trio, along with two other finalist groups, will perform at the festival in September, when a winner will be selected.
