We are releasing a brand new track for our subscribers.
This is part of the Serial Sessions, which we have been releasing once a month since January. We recorded the music in January with Rudy Royston, Linda Oh, Frank Woeste, Ryan Keberle, Chet Doxas and myself. It’s a cool way of releasing special content I can only do because of Greenleaf Music. Scandal is the name of the new track. I wrote it in 2014.

Linda weighs in on the tune:
“We had played Dave’s tune Scandal many times with the Soundprints band on various tours and at the Village Vanguard. It’s a tune I know pretty well and it’s always interesting to hear tunes played in different contexts, especially with some of the people I hadn’t played with before or had played with very little. I think everyone brought something special to the table.”
