The ninth track for the Subscriber Series Serial Sessions is From Thin Air. Dave Douglas comments below:

Dedicated to Kenny Wheeler: In honor of the closing of 2015 Festival Of New Trumpet Music, Greenleaf releases the single track ‘From Thin Air’ a new composition I wrote in memory of Kenny Wheeler. It features Ryan Keberle, Chet Doxas, Frank Woeste, Linda Oh, and Rudy Royston.

This piece joins the other tracks on the Serial Sessions – tracks released once a month for subscribers and supporters of Greenleaf Music. I am grateful for your support. And I am very proud of this recording and want you to hear it! A few more to come this year.
