Dave Douglas to celebrate ‘Dizzy Atmosphere’ release at Jazz Standard

Dave Douglas will release Dizzy Atmosphere, an album inspired by Dizzy Gillespie, on May 1st.  Pre-orders will begin on March 27th, so watch for a sneak peak at the music then.

The ensemble was schedule to celebrate the album release with a run of shows at New York’s Jazz Standard April 30th to May 3rd. Due to the current situation, the shows have been postponed until further notice. Hopefully we’ll have new dates to announce soon. Stay safe.
