I suppose some will see this as more Bush bashing. I don’t mean it that way. But it is a unique and disturbing way of looking at the immense waste of resources that is our current course.

Like health care: reasearch, immunization, and treatment. Universal preschooling. Security: the actual 9/11 commission recommendations put into practice.
