New Release: Alloy Available Now
We are proud to announce the release of Dave Douglas’s new album Alloy, featuring three remarkable trumpeters, a stellar rhythm section, and an entire set of new compositions. Produced in partnership with Greenleaf Music and the Festival of New Trumpet Music, the project launches this weekend at The Jazz Gallery as part of the festival’s opening events.
Douglas shares:
An alloy is a combination that forms something stronger. Three trumpets together create a sound I find magical, fluid, and resonant. Sharing the stage with Dave Adewumi and Alexandra Ridout has been a joy, and this is a rare chance to hear us live.
