We’re getting closer to the kind of hand-held devices used to convey large quantities of data in the Star Trek series. To me, it seems it’s just a matter of time before all of our information will be carried around on small, multi-use minicomputers. iPods and PDAs are likely just the beginning.
Universal Music Group has “entered into a strategic alliance to sell music-oriented cellphone service.”
