August 14, 6 am, at an undisclosed location high in the Italian Dolomites. Solo concert.

I can’t seem to find any links to this event on line (anybody?), but it has been confirmed at the highest levels. So if you’re going to be in that part of the world that time of year that time of day and feel like climbing up to 9,000 ft., well come on by.

This is the Festival that invited creation of Mountain Passages, that invited Tiny Bell Trio, duos with Guy Klucevsek and Han Bennink, and last summer’s Brass Ecstasy.
